BDKV Meet-Up
The Concert of the Future
Exploring New Horizons in Classical Music Performance
Montag, 12.05.
13:00 – 14:00 Uhr
What will the classical concert of the future look like? How can we sustain and expand audiences while balancing tradition and innovation? A recent study by music festival Heidelberger Frühling and market research institute GIM provides key insights into audience preferences and the challenges of concert formats. It serves as a starting point for an international discussion, inviting the Classical:NEXT community to join the conversation. Through a panel discussion and open exchange, we will explore successful approaches and fresh ideas to shape the future of classical music performances.
